Estoy interesado en los procesos de comprensión y construcción para la creación y distribución del conocimiento. En particular, me concentro para permitir la acumulación de conocimiento útil sobre el genoma humano de tal manera que ese conocimiento se pueda aplicar para mejorar la condición humana. Esta meta me ha llevado por el camino de las ciencias cognitivas a través del aprendizaje de máquina, a la bioinformática y más recientemente a la "comunidad de inteligencia" o "crowdsourcing".
