Sitio oficial de La Asociación de Plataformas de Fondeo Colectivo A.C. La Asociación de Plataformas de Fondeo Colectivo es la organización que agrupa a las principales plataformas de crowdfunding en México con el principal objetivo de promover el modelo y defender los intereses, estableciendo códigos de prácticas que sean adoptados por todas las plataformas y profesionales del crowdfunding en el país.
Nuestros principales objetivos son:
- Elaborar una porpuesta legislativa específica para la regulación.
- Certificar y regular las plataformas de crowdfunding.
- Brindar transparencia en la información y los resultados.
- Organización de eventos de difusión a nivel nacional e internacional.
- Administración del fondo para las actividades específicas para la Asociación.
- Asociar y fomentar la actuación organizada de los prestadores de servicios de crowdfunding.
- Representar, promover y defender las actividades y los intereses generales de los prestadores de servicios de crowdfunding.
