Deviant art es una red social de artistas y amantes de las artes visuales, también una plataforma para exhibir, promover y vender obras de artistas tanto emergentes como establecidos. For 7 years it worked with an investment of $ 15000 dollars. Later on it received donations from anonymous investors. In 2006 the site gave users the opportunity to upload their own works under Creative Commons licenses. Deviants can put on sale prints of their works in the store of the site.
