Hey guys! Im Eki Ogunbor, a blogger and a portion of the BellaNaija Design team. You may have seen a number of my recent posts, the BN Body Shape Show, Collection Conversations, BN Fashion Your Bulge, #BNFroFriday and other style, beauty or trend related news.

Ill be going to Cotonou, Benin Republic with Google on behalf of BN with some other really cool bloggers and journalists. Heres all you need to know about the trip!

Google has a suite of free software and applications for smartphones which make travelling smarter, easier and more enjoyable from Flight Search, making it easy and quick to find flights that suit you, to Google Now, your personal travel assistant, to Field Trip, an essential travel guide that sits in your own pocket.

Theyve invited a few folks on a visit to Cotonou, Benin Republic where well go on a journey through the city using Googles mobile products to uncover and browse to local gems, world renowned art and buildings, as well as enjoy a few of the countrys delicious food and wine.

Bella Naija founder, Uche Pedro wins Nickelodeons Best Blogger award

Uche Pedro, Nigerian blogger and creator, Aso Ebi Bella Naija, has won the coveted orange blimp as the Very Best Blogger Africa at the recently held 2016 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards.
In a star-studded awards ceremony held at the Fabulous Forum in Inglewood, California, Uche beat fellow bloggers Sylvia Kamau (Fashion by Sylvia Kenya), Aisha Baker (Baked the Blog South Africa) and Theodora Lee (Theodora Lee South Africa) to take home a coveted KCA blimp trophy.
Hosted by country music celebrity and coach on The Voice, Blake Shelton, this years event saw kids from all around the globe celebrate the very best of everything they adore in pop culture.

The festivities kicked off with Shelton getting hosting pep talks from celebrity pals including Adam Levine, Pharrell Williams, Nick Jonas, Selena Gomez, Chewbacca and BB 8.

After being alerted the Storm troopers were trying to take over the 2016 Kids Choice Awards, Shelton jumped into actions and fought his way onto the show stage by means of a super charged chair from The Voice.
During the show, singer-songwriter Charlie Puth and hip-hop star Wiz Khalifa performed a medley of One Call Away and See You Again, right before taking home the blimp for Favourite Collaboration. Rapper Silento appeared at the nighttime of Kids Choice Awards to sing his mega-hit Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae), and DNCE closed the show using a performance of their chart-topping single Cake by the Ocean that finished with an supreme slime dousing of the crowd.

The 2016 Kids Choice Awards proved to be a mega slime fest, from kids in the crowd awarding Shelton with an epic ending sliming, to Jace Norman dumping a bucket of green goo on John Stamos, to Fifth Harmony getting drenched after their win for Favourite Music Group, and Shelton welcoming Jason Sudeikis and Josh Gad to the green side.
This years show place the power of selection in the hands of kids at home with the interactive digital experience like no time before. Children had the possibility to choose what occurred live during the show by casting votes to see four different excessive minutes play out: Shelton and Norman pranking DNCE with toilet paper in their own dressing room; Cameron Dallas becoming super soaked in slime; Shelton donning a unicorn outfit; and also the stage surroundings changing to underwater.
