Description
Descarga Cultura UNAM (Download Culture UNAM) is a portal that provides free access to academic, cultural, scientific and educational resources generated by the community of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). The program "All UNAM Online" was launched in 2011 with a customizable site that allows access to 1700 cataloged sites and portals.
In the teaching section, open and distance education resources can be found in all subjects from high school to postgraduate levels, as well as sites such as the University Learning Network (RUA.UNAM.MX) ), virtual classes of disciplines such as engineering, administration, reading comprehension, mathematics and autonomous learning strategies.
The science and research section contains access to portals, yearbooks or archives of various subjects such as UNAM Project, where specialized articles published in the newspaper Universal can be consulted, studies of modern and contemporary history of Mexico and 25,000 images of biological species.
In the culture section are portals of different artistic disciplines such as poetry, photography, theater and links to sites dedicated to art such as the media library of the [http: // Museum% 20University%20ofthe%20Chopo http://www.chopo.Unam.mx/] that allows access to the activities carried out in this museum, in addition to its collection of art. There are also multiple sites dedicated to dance or literature such as "Maybe meant: Mexican writers" and "Writers of fantastic literature and Mexican science fiction." Academic texts such as the Annals of the Institute of Aesthetic Research have been added.
The library, thesis and digital repository have links to all the UNAM libraries, digital collections, magazines, video libraries and UNAM books as well as the digitized graduate dissertations.
