Time Notes New Money System is an economic system where time is the unit of measure and exchange. This platform offers users a range of services to save, negotiate or recover time.
The project was created in 2004 by Gustavo Romano, conceptual artist whose work addresses issues related to economy and time, in actions, installations, net art, video and photography.
